interview you for other possible opportunities. It's common for headhunters
to interview you before they set up interview between you and the potential
employer. They might ask you to take accounting and Excel tests on their
computer, too. |

发帖数: 146 | 7 你去它那边挂个号，做3个test (Excel, general accounting knowledge, small
keyboard add-up),然后简单和agent说说你想找啥样的工作。然后就是等消息了，当然
你要是在他们网站上发现了中意的，也可以直接联系agent。
一般你是为RF工作，工资每周由RF结给你（Temporary Job），直到你工作的单位愿意
直接聘用你为止。 |

发帖数: 125 | 8 I got a job through them before. Took the tests and briefly chatted with the
recruiter, who was supposed to be the power player of local accounting/
finance positions recruiting. She set me up for 2 interviews within 2 days
and I got an offer shortly. She charged the employer a fee equaling 30% of
my 1st year salary.
Pros: convinient - they will schedule the interviews and you just need to
show up; connection - they normally have established relationships with
employers and know who's hiring for what
Cons: employer could perceive you expensive once hired because they keep
thinking about the fee - the gap of expectation could be dangerous ; the
process is too fast - for me I didn't do my due deligence and took the
recruiter's words for the company culture, which turned out to be very
different from what I expected, so I ended up leaving a few months later....
