美国MSA在美国industry找到工作VS美国MSA回中国进四大，这样才是二选一的。

your company gives out pretty fat bonus at year end. Industry's merit
increase is usually around 2-5%, unless you are a super star and much needed
in the company. Big 4's merit increase is easily over double digits, and
sometimes has market adjustments on top of that.
I think PwC's china program's actually get slightly higher salaries than the Chinese local folks. And if you are an expat, you may be qualified for HK salary, which is much higher than the local scale. |

PwC North Pacific market，第一年manager $72k+ 还有25% one time bonus，而且轻
松很多。所以还是美国四大好混。

manager level.
Manager level in industry at North Pacific market can easily make 100K+.
At the manager level, workload at Shanghai big 4 is much more than US big
4.
You'll be expected to show up on time (8:30am) in the morning no matter
how late you work the previous night. Most people are not expected to
leave before 7pm, managers work mostly until 9pm on an average basis. I
guess the only benefit of working in China Big4 is that you'll make
partner a lot sooner than US. If you can get clients and bring in enough
revenue after 3 years of being senior manager, you can be promoted to
partner. In comparison, in US, it's literally impossible to become a
partner no matter how good you are due to the limit of market space. |

people an idea of what is it like.
Nobody will be able to work from 8:30am to 11 or 12pm year round. It burns

我有同学在四大做到高级经理，她说四大有5年工作经验有会计师证的普通经理"最少最
少3万一个月" 当然丫这么说是为了衬托她比普通经理还要高不少
