entry-level accountant.
Responsibilities:
1. Print packing slips and invoicing for daily orders
2. Pick up orders and upload invoices/Trackings/ASNs through EDI, Vendor
Website, etc
3. Process RMAs including Credit Memos and Replacements
4. Charge creditcard payments
5. Entering customers’ payment into accounting system
6. Process consignment transactions (including transfer inventory and
invoicing)
7. Check and match bills/creditcard statements, etc from vendors
8. Make check payments to vendors
9. Responsible for petty cash transactions
10. Entering new shipments/inventories into accounting system
11. Inventory count/reconciliation (monthly)
12. Run and create Sales Order Summary by Department for Upper Level
Management
13. Working with another accountant to calculate outside and in-house
commission
14. Reconcile Branch office’s (Taipei/China) expenses
15. Helping accounting manager with various office/tax/human resources/
rebates/other duties
Requirements:
Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese Mandarin
BA Degree in Accounting
At least 1 year working experience in accounting field.
Reliable, Fast Learner, and Detail oriented
Basic Computer Skills (MS Office.
Ability to multi task is a must
Good Communication skills
Team player, honest, work hard, and responsible.
