Do not worry. Maybe you can find another team that you like.
My team is good, but my direct senior sucks. My senior is a nice person, but
he never coaches. Everyone on my team knows this. The partner is going to
rearrange him to work on another client.
The only suggestion I can give is to find another team.

meet expectation.
If you can get better reviews from other projects from now on. It should be
ok.
But when it comes to downsizing, it will impact your career.
Unfortunately, I was in your shoes before for my first project, and got laid
off when the economy was bad at the end of 2008.

发帖数: 100 | 6 engagement review指的是对应每个project你索求的review. 几个engagement review
汇总在一起，经过领导们的讨论，会给你一个year-end review.
一般如果你大部分engagement review都是3，year-end就是3，year end是engagement
的一个总结。
像你这种情况应该是engagement review吧。如果你这个从这个senior这拿个2，可以从
这个组的别人那要个review么？因为我知道我有同事在一个人这拿个2，但是从team的
其他人那拿个5，最后对她的总体review和工作没有任何影响。
如果是year-end 我觉得就很危险了。那证明你一年在很多项目上都做得不够好。

其他没做过不知道 。。。
拿了就拿了 看看其他job的人对你怎么评价 如果都是below就赶快update resume找工
作吧
