差不多。
我们办公室的另一个姐妹一直在这做，但是她说她当时升senior也没涨。。。
真心求教，是我们办公室很cheap, 还是四大都这样。。。 |

前几年经济不好，今天我们firm说我们practice应该都有bonus，然后升职的还有另外

rating and how well your firm is doing. I heard that in our firm, even staff
get very high salary raises. My friend, who was a staff 1, got a 16% raise
last year when promoted to staff 2. She (Chinese) got a very high rating
though.
