Description of Duties:
1.Cash & bank payment arrangement including but not limited to a)proceed
with the check –run before verification to ensure to comply to company
policy b) mail check c) proceed with wire transference d) search & check for
the web payment e) update daily disbursement report & ensure it matched to
corporate report.
2.Co-ordinate for tax declared items to ensure compliance to tax law.
3.Generate some weekly & monthly report.
4.Co-ordinate related person to ensure good IT environment.
5.Receive & distribute mail.
6.Office daily administrative affairs.
Requirement:
1. University graduation, bachelor degree in financial accounting
2. Minimum 3 years experience
3. Good computer skill
Special Qualification
1.Conversant in both spoken and written English and Chinese
2.Well versed in US GAAP and tax law
3.Good analytical and inter-personnel skills
4.Good communication skill
5.Excellent problem-solving skills
