Dear XDJMs,
#1. My boss is asking to record cash basis unpaid bills (Accounts Payable)
in Quickbooks.Not sure if that is doable? If using cash basis, how do I
record an unpaid bill when the bill received?
#2. Is that possible to do two files in Quickbooks: One file is for cash
basis, and another file is for accrual basis?
#3. Or, Do I have to prepare a separate spreadsheet in Excel to record all
the unpaid bills, and only record the bills in Quickbooks when they are paid?
Any help would be really apprecited.

just code it to A/P. when you run cash basis PL,it wouldn't show up.
