过第5题，不就是一个annoying的例子么？

这个容易些:1.steady growth;2.providing personal development opportunities
for its employees. 3.well-designed internal controls and processes
3Name the 3 most important traits of your manager: How would you prove you
can be trusted with a large amount of money?How did you deal with it?
前半部分也不难：1.high integrity.2.easy to communicate.3.great leadership
后半部分比较tricky：要是我我会这么说:The company could not just simply trust
someone and give the money to them without any controls.Even though I'm
pretty confident about my integrity, I think there should be some controls,
like the segregation of duty, to make sure the large amount of money is
properly dealt with.
4Have you worked with a demanding manager?
要是嫌烦，直接说没有，以前的经理很nice就好了。。。
5How would you deal with a customer who does not want to pay their long
overdue bills and who has promised you several times 'the check is in the
mail'?
这个标准流程：Report to my supervisor. If necessary, by following supervisor
's instructions, contact sales/credit team for further actions or contact
legal department for any legal actions.
