发帖数: 2665 | 1 找工作告一段落，两个OFFER 我可以选，不知道选哪个，大家帮我看看。
我本人以前一直在REGIONAL 的CPA FIRM(另外一个州，60人左右，客户中小居多） 干
税，2年半的经验。没有CPA ，实在懒的考
。 太痛苦了。
A- INDUSTRY 的公司（大概全球9000多人）， 美国总部税务部门，一共3个人，我的职
务TAX ANALYST。 是做CORP TAX COMPLIANCE AND PROVISION ,以及其他TAX AUDIT 辅
助和TAX RESEARCH 工作。软件用CORP TAX.
B- 一个我们这个地区TOP 15里 的CPA FIRM。 面试第二天就给了口头OFFER。 工资
MATCH
第一个。 所以两家工资都差不多。不是SENIOR，觉得我的经验还有点少。 面试的时
候告诉我会做TAX COMPLIANCE, PROVISION，当然忙税季的时候也会做个人税, 有个
INTERNATIONAL TAX 的PARTNER 面试我，所以谈了好多TRANSFER PRICING 方面的问题
，如果有兴趣，可能以后也可以跟他做。客户是以50 MILLIONS 为日常基础客户，当然
也有很多比这个大很多的客户。夏天3个月可以每周35小时。
两个离家差不多，B 近一点。
我觉得我也没有CPA， 这两个都算不错的OFFER 了。两个都是很快就给OFFER 的。
A 的经理人特别NICE， 说不主张加班，40小时足够。 她自己也有3个孩子，可能也比
较顾家。我自己一个小孩，还小。很需要大人搭时间的。
B 肯定税季要加班， 但夏天35小时一周，这样至少也可以稍微轻松点。几个面试的人
，给我的感觉有点严肃，很PROFESSIONAL ，全是专业问题，直接给个TAX 问题，问我
怎么解决。如果不知道，那我会怎么处理，怎么分析，然后怎么RESEARCH .

发帖数: 2665 | 4 A 给的基础工资和BONUS 一共加起来和B 是一样的。那个BONUS 是年底肯定给的吗？从
来没在这种大公司干过，也没拿过BONUS， 不清楚这个是怎么给法。
在这个公司以后就只做C CORP TAX 了，会不会路越走越窄，换工作就只能在同等规模
的公司换了。

发帖数: 2665 | 6 估计最后还是得考。这次面试，都说到要考了。 大公司好像也挺看重CPA 的。真是一
托再拖，估计是托不下去了。公司上学有报销，我看好多做税的都是MST 出身。好像这
个比CPA 还管用。我还在考虑是不是去考GMAT，然后慢慢修学分，拿个MST 呢。

Carry name of a big company will help for finding another job.
It doesn't matter have CPA or not.
You may move to a better direction not need CPA at all after you take
company paid training. |

Could you give some more details? or any examples?
My company also has this tuition policy, but I am not sure how to take
advantage of this...

No matter how good a job is now,if it hurt you two years later when you need
find job again then, this job is not a good job.
On the other hand, after you get a job, besides finish the tasks your
manager asks you to do, you must think how can you buildup more new skills.
Many people use company funding to take training, pickup new skills.
These new skills will help them find another better job later ehn they want
change.
There are many good jobs on market, not necessarily need a CPA, paid higher
than CPA.
Enjoy work.
