本科生、研究生都可以报，但是一般要这个学校有精算program才行，
美国几千所大学里就那么几十所哦！

but they do not support the graduate students.

本来报销的学校就少得很，只报本科生的那就更特别了，哪个学校？
你应该这样感慨：哇，我们学校的研究生太惨了，好不容易找到个提供exam fee
reimbursement的学校，还不cover我们研究生，呜呜......
呵呵！just kidding!
