发帖数: 14 | 1 上星期在本地一家大保险公司ONSITE，ENTRY LEVEL，面完告诉我大概一个半星期有消
息。现在已经一个星期了，还一点动静没有，是不是够呛啊？之前电话面试时告诉我两
星期给回音，但是第二天就打电话叫我去ONSITE，所以我觉得他们效率还是挺高的。
另外各位大侠面试过别人的，一般面完之后是什么过程？需要多久做决定呢？难道不管
要不要这个CANDIDATE都需要做BACKGROUND CHECK？谢谢！ |

ask you for more information, etc. No all companies conduct a background
check or a drug test, it all depends.
How long it will take to hear back depends on a lot of factors. They may or
may not be interviewing others at the same time. They may have other
interviews coming up, or they could be waiting from another candidate before
getting back to you, etc. etc. It's hard to second guess what the specific
situation is.....

发帖数: 14 | 6 他们的JOB APPLICATION表里是有BACKGROUND CHECK的INFO的，但是好象没说是每个
APPLICANT都要做，还是打算给OFFER的CANDIDATE才做。而DRUG TEST我理解一般是接受
了OFFER才做的。
我现在还是在持续找工作，但是因为不能RELOCATE，LOCAL的机会不是那么多。这家公
司是我最想去的了，唉。 |

offer is normally conditional on the drug test result (taking a wizz in the
company's designated lab). |

counter medications and prescription drugs that could cause a "False
Positive". So be careful with what you take few days before the test.
Also, don't hang out with Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohman too much... |

easier and quicker ways. |
