The Society of Actuaries (SOA) is pleased to announce that it has signed a
treaty with 13 other international actuarial organizations to establish the
Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA) as the globally recognized
enterprise risk management (ERM) credential.
In making this announcement, Mike McLaughlin, SOA president, stated that
this move is a significant endorsement by the global act |

definitely be valued more than FRM lah.... and hopefully it will one day =)

非此人已经上了精算这条贼船。所以似乎扩大影响的唯一办法是把更多的人骗上船。于
是有人说，把门开开吧，但立刻，已经上了船的愤愤不平：我们费了半天劲爬梯子上来
的，怎么可以让后面的人走大门呢？。。。

发帖数: 629 | 10 i mean FRM is valued more in the industry at the moment, but CERA covers a
lot more (both width and depth) than FRM and hence should be valued more
than FRM... I think the SOA is trying to really promote the CERA thing...
and it's going to take long, but hopefully people in the industry will get
more familiar with it lah... the key of course is that we need CERAs to
actually work in the important RM roles to make this all possible ;) |
