跟HM聊了最久 有一个小时 哥们给我介绍了下他们公司的情况 然后就开始海聊 聊了他
的大学专业 结婚 圣诞旅行计划 他是DUKE毕业的 我们还聊了DUKE特有名的那个COACH

他还从电脑屏幕上面给我show了一下他现在做的活 最后哥们问了两个SITUATION
problem
1. give me a project that you at first found a wrong solution and then
turned into the right one
2. give me a situation that you found a creative way to improve
efficiency during working
因为我没有什么正式工作经验 哥们说能答就答 不能答就算了 后面被我想出了合适的
例子 他说非常impressive

精算电话面试都不难 多准备几个behavior问题的答案就可以上网了
个人觉得关键就在communication skills怎么样
我本人就是不太善于与人交流 很难与面试官互动 所以才fail那么多的电话面试 |

不能太亮 握手要轻重合适
