是，他们以后几乎就不跟我联系了。这些公司以后又多次贴出有空位的广告，而有些空
位是非常适合我的背景的。即使在这种情况下，他们还是没有和我联系。
我的问题是，他们是否在帮我？他们怎么帮助我？我能要求什么样的服务？比较疑惑的
是，我没有付费给他们，他们从招人的公司拿钱的话，是否能要求他们帮助？怎么保证
他们一直记得我的背景？
我每次联系他们一次，他们就让我重新填表，都是一些陈词滥调，比如说申请了那些公
司，通过了什么试，以后又没有继续联系了。这种情况，我是否每次看到喜欢的空位都
申请？会否和猎头的申请撞车？ | I**R

be able to help you a lot unless ur negotiation skill is very
good. Most probably they get paid by the employer. They get
paid if they can get their job done, so I don't think they
are trying to hide from you, assuming they are professional.
In your case, I would guess they have even better candidate
than u for those positions. If u think u r a good fit for
openings u happen to notice by yourself, go ahead and apply
directly. But kee

What do you mean by saying "keep the recruiter in the loop"? Do I have to tell
the recruiter each time I apply for one opening?
I never thought the bond between the recruiter and I is formal or strong, so
I even forgot them when I was hunting for a job. I did not rely on them at all. I do not know what
recruiters treated me as their client. There is no contract, nor promise, and they did
not ask me to stay away from other recruiters. Is this normal? Can

公司都招的不多，大部分是比较高的职位，就这样也是申请的人大把大把的，轮不到要
recruiter们去找。他们recruiter日子也不好过啊。 | c****t
