includes a 45-min case study. This is my first on-site and I have no idea

consulting but pension i guess. but the case was simply a question: do you
think the claims will increase or decrease? tell me your answer and why? for
the claims, i remember it referred to workers comp. Can't remember the
details..Good luck! It is not mai ken xi anyway, so shouldn't be that hard. |

of paper where i can write down things and draw a diagram. she would keep
asking why this why that. and would give me hint and suggestions. oh, she
gave me ten minutes alone to think about the case. well, i didn't get the
job in the end so didn't really know if i did it right way or not. Good luck
to you.

I came back from the interview yesterday. The case study was not as tough as
I thought. I was given a piece of paper with a problem to calculate current
premium based on previous years data. It was not very hard but it did take
me sometime to figure it out.It was a small company though. Maybe it is not
a typical case study~ |

course in casualty though. I used the loss ratio method. I trended the
growth of loss ratio based on the growth during the past three years putting
more weight on more recent years. And then use the equation to show that
the premium should equal the sum of expected losses and expenses. I think
the book of rate making and reserving in casualty, the text book for Exam 5
maybe, correct me if I am wrong, describes the solutions |
