my probation, we've lost 2 analysts. during the same period
another company lost 4......

is very normal. Not everyone can withstand the sacrifices that an actuary
have to deal with. Hence, turnaround rate is perhaps high. After all for now
there's only 3800 EAs in the nation. and the number says quite a bit.
Still think that this field is very weird, it's not about qualification,
experience, it's about the right fit. |
