如果已经在一个不相关的领域内已经有了一份工作，并且有H1B，然后想换工作而申请
精算领域的工作，
是不是只要转换H1B签证就可以了，这样的话找到精算工作是不是相对容易很多？（相
比从一开始找工作
就需要sponsor H1B，这样不会占用公司有限的名额).
求有经验的人帮忙解答一下。

I assume you are looking for an entry-level. For entrry-level jobs, from
what I see, companies either sponsor, or do not sponsor. This is due to the
fact that H1B is plenty these days, quota is never a problem anymore.
For experienced hire, some company would say "no new H1B but we do H1B
transfer". |

的确听说最近申请H1B压根就不用排队了，因为愿意提供H1B的职位已经很少了...
但有点矛盾不太明白，既然公司现在申请H1B不用排队按理应该容易很多，那为什么又
不愿sponsor
H1B？（本人对H1B 申请也不太了解，求指点）

for entry level, it is difficult to show to them that you are a "better"
candidate for them to spend time/money doing the H1B. |

h1b就跟国内的北京上海户口一样，公司要出钱去帮你搞定
其实这个星球上限制人口自由流动的政策无处不在
