我说过好几次了，公司之间的title不可比。你说的那个experience
在sr 是avp不算离谱。
我还知道有的公司精算部最小的title就是avp。

AVP at Swiss Re is about senior associate level in consulting if this helps
to explain :) It seems like consulting has the most standardized titles, so
I'm thinking it's probably easier to explain it this way.

发帖数: 629 | 15 there is no "standardized" VP title in reinsurance! like I said, other than
consulting, there is basically no standardized title structure anywhere in
direct or reinsurer... but generally (at least for Munich and Swiss), it's
similar to Manager to Senior Manager in Consulting depending on the
experience of the VP.
Are are also a lot of Managers and Senior Managers flying around in
Consulting? Maybe that'll help to answer your question...

AVP,VP,SVP这些TITLE在INSURANCE 公司里还有点VALUE,MANAGER-DIRECTOR-AVP-VP,
PRUDENTIAL,AEGON,NG, METLIFE,NYL里边AVP也管10几号人. |
