今天刚收到offer letter,里面有这么一段话，请大家鉴定一下看大家以前收到的offer
letter是不是一般都是这么写的？
This offer letter is not a guarantee of employment for a fixed term. Your
employment with the company (as set forth in the employment application)
will be on an "at-will" basis, meaning that you and the company may
terminate your employment with the company at any time and for any reason;
with or without prior notice.
这是我第一份精算的工作，以前是在一个小公司做计算机的，当时那个公司也有类似的
条款，没想到这个大公司也是啊~ 大家以前收到的offer是有合同的吗？还是类似这种
的随时可以离开或者被解雇的？

There is no such thing in the states nowadays unless you are a contractor.
