I'm still in my office now.
will bill 70 hrs every week till early June. don't even have time to think
about exams in spring.
BTW, we have no study hour. actually, we have, but it makes no sense to us.

not really. for us, time is money. so if we want to study, we don't really
need study hours, as long as we are OK with billing less hours and making
less money.

firms, I can almost use all of my study hrs, sometimes I don't really study,
just take it as "pto".

based on billable hours?(I assume you base salary is still
not related to billable hours directly,but correct me if I am wrong)
I assume you get base raise after u pass exams, so doesn't that
impact your bonus, too? maybe to a less extend?
so to make more, you prefer to sacrifice your study time? I know
techinically you still have time to study after 11-12 hours work,but
well... it sounds not the type of work I dream of =)

简单来说吧，我们的所谓的工作时间其实是自己可选择支配的，干活，学习，休假啥的
只要你每年达到billing target就比较随意了，所以study hours这东西对我们压根就
没意义，因为那本来就是你自己的时间。不像上下班打卡的，他们的study time实际上
是从公司里的工作时间里刨出来的

or are you saying the study hours count for your targeted hours, but in fact
they don't collect any money for either the company or yourself? If so, it
is the same as having a lower billing target with study hours already
