国内卡如果是美元卡或者双币卡是不用交2-3%的，但是因为billing address的不是us
的，所以稍微麻烦点。

no, AC everywhere. but one or two coats are needed in case of traveling.
Many agents in Auburn.
northcutt, first, eveans or auburn realty are bigand close to campus. but
most of their houses are miserable (mainly cheap, old and small). They have
some good houses though, but they are all out before you come.
If you have a car, house can be a totally dofferent story here.
If you want to shop apple, AUbookstore is better than apple.com because of
the educational discount. however, if you prefer PC

No, good houses are leased out on Jan to March. What remains available are
all in miserable conditions.
These I listed are pretty good except Evans realty. They have some deposit
issues with servral Chinese student last year.
If you have a car, you can live in Ann Arbor at meadow Brook. I believe it's
one of the best apartment in town.

如果不限制是apartment，可以在南边住house
南边真是欣欣向荣，尤其是moores mills 往南过了85那一边
