A 4-mm non-obstructing calculus is present in the middle one third of the
right ureter, just above the pelvic inlet. Mild ureteral wall thickening and
urothelial enhancement is present within the proximal one third of the
right ureter, just distal to the ureteropelvic junction. No additional renal
or ureteral calculi are identified in either kidney. The kidneys enhance an
excrete contrast symmetrically without evidence of collecting system
dilatation. No renal mass is identified. There is adequate distention of the
renal collecting system and both ureters. No additional right-sided or left
-sided collecting system filling defect or stenosis is identified. The
urinary bladder is normal in contour. No bladder wall thickening or bladder
filling defects are identified. |
