Ethernet. How can he move his files over from the old machine's hard drive
to the iMac?
Unfortunately, there's no free and easy solution, unless you or your dad
has access to some extra equipment. One possibility is to buy or borrow an
Ethernet card for the old Mac. Companies such as Farallon, (which has
recently been called Netopia, but will soon spin off under its old name)
and Asante still carry Ethernet adapters for virtu |
