USB gives iMac users an easy way to connect removable-media devices, such
as floppy and Zip drives, and even external hard disks. "Superfloppy," Zip,
and hard disk drives are available today, while CD-RW drives should begin
appearing in the first half of '99. Note that the iMac is incapable of
booting from a USB device. If you need a backup boot volume, it will have
to be a CD-ROM.
