发帖数: 158 | 1 looks like the tablet market is getting crowded now that dell just announced
that it is also making a slate device running on win 7.
the preliminary spec for hp slate includes usb 2.0, and that's more open
than apple's proprietary connection. if i am gonna use it as a reading
device, i'd like a way to copy downloaded books off to an external hd as my
e-library. with a usb headset, i can also use it as a phone by running skype
or office communicator.
i kinda wonder what was in apple's mind when i | wy

发帖数: 1700 | 4 A 6 inch (or smaller) e-ink reader (kindle, sony 505/600/300) will always
have a market due to its size, weight, and the non-backlit screen.
Kindle DX is in danger though, because iPad competes in its form factor.
That being said, neither DX or iPad is able to replace A4 size document
reading due to their limited screen resolution.
