第一点，苹果起诉HTC和文章主要说的multi-touch专利无关。
第二点，作者完全不理解concept/idea和具体implementation之间的区别。
第三点，苹果的multi-touch专利不是把multi-touch这个单独的概念专利了。这个问题
上一群无知记者，民间blogger反复犯错。苹果patent的是它自己的一个具体的multi-
touch实现。这个早就被资深分析师分析过了。
第四点，虽然美国专利系统存在缺陷，但是一群根本不懂专利的人，看看专利标题是什
么就以为自己可以指点江山了真是可悲。
