你是说用terminal的好处？和什么相比？
很多bioinfo的程序都是command line的，没有什么好与不好。

graphical user interface (GUI), the speed of running (bioinfo)programs
comparing to other software on GUI...

Also if you record the commands in terminal, you can just save the script
and execute it anywhere anytime by just one command. There is no easy way to
record the clicks if you use GUI. |

发帖数: 1649 | 6 你要没用过terminal自己用用感觉一下就知道了，一般性的描述可以自己去google。
问题是在bioinfo里面很多软件都没有图形界面，如果你只会点鼠标能用的软件很有限。
速度上会有差别，因为图形界面需要更多的资源，但都在可以接受的范围内。
