无须越狱！无须购买第三方应用！
首先进入
Settings -> General -> Network -> Cellular Data Network
可以看到如下三个section：
Cellular Data
APN:
Username:
Password:
MMS
APN:
Username:
Password:
MMSC:
MMS Proxy:
MMS Max Message Size:
MMS UA Prof URL:
Internet Tethering
APN:
Username:
Password:
把第三个section "Internet Tethering" 里面的内容填好。
（基本上照搬第一个section "Cellular Data" 的内容即可。）
退回到
Settings -> General -> Network
你会发现在页面上多出了一项 "Personal Hotspot"
（Settings主页面上也同时多出了 "Personal Hotspot"）
进入
Settings -> General -> Network -> Personal Hotspot
（或者 Settings -> Personal Hotspot）
然后turn on，就可以按照页面上所说步骤，
任选Wi-Fi，Bluetooth，USB三者之一，进行tether。
