studio/one-bedroom apartmentn for 3 to 4 months in a safe neighborhood with
good public transportation to north Tempe. Can you give me some advice, like
where I should live?
Besides, I called couple of places offering 6-month lease. They said I
should pay the whole 6 months rents even if I leave early once I sign the
contract. Is this a normal practice in Arizona? Since in the city I live,

a nice area, that's fine.
I just read some review on the apartmentrating.com. It seems most apartments
in Tempe was rated quite low. I would love to live in Tempe for the
convenience, but those review seems to say this is not a safe neighborhood.
How do you think? I mean, I'm not going to go out at night, but still don't
want to worry too much.
BTW, I never come to this city before, so if my question sounds stupid/rude,
