expand my target area to include N phoenix like cave creek etc. There are
much more choices there.

N. Scottsdale?
Besides, I think Scottsdale is the one with highest risk for further price drop due to its inventory level, 8 month supply vs. 3 month supply for other towns. It will have a slow and long correction.

今天终于找好贷款了，上来讲讲。
我看的是202 以南 south chandler/gilbert， 房子有不少，个人认为今后1－2年还会
不断有short sale/forecloseure房入市，至于价格还会不会跌就要看需求了。性价比
好的走的很快，也很多人抢，一般3，4天就没了。贷款利率现在很低，我的是4。375％

and fee, pick the one that make sense to you. But if the quote is much lower
than the others, it is no good. Mine is foreclosure one.
