发帖数: 232 | 1 I requested self-install of cox new service, but they sent me someone to do
professional install and charged $50. I did not print the order webpage.
Today, I had to spend half hour to find a supervisor, and told her, "I'm not
stupid Americans; I can do the installation by myself", to get the charge
waived.
When the economy is going down, I had several cheating cases with those
companies (rental car companies, cell phone company) recently. Remember to
print out evidence. | m***8
