The statement of my paintings and sulptures is about the relationship
between my mom and me. Based on my understanding of her life, she should
have suffered from postpartum depression which strongly influcened her own
life and my life as well. My paintings are about the struggle I have
experienced as a daugher and the view of her life in my eyes. When I grew up
, her way of gettng out of her depression was majorly by knitting and sewing
