1. step motor assembly is likely to be the most expensive part
A brand new 2-axis high accurancy unit is gonna cost about $1k.
So only an used unit is within our budget, I assume that gonna
cost us about 500$. that would include 2-axis rotation motor and
control interface. of coz one have to make sure the motors can
drive a telescope.
2. controlling unit. frankly speaking, a NI motion control card is
the best because it comes with interface b/w the computer and the
