It seems that they did not mention it in the contract letter

如果你的duty有教学
那么转成讲师的机会很大
工资对新博士来说不低
临时居留没有政府的那个健康保险
但可以自己买
澳纽的合同上都不写保险的事,因为缺省是政府管的
不过对nz我也不熟悉
以上只是做参考

in fact I have one year postdoc in France, and I got my
doctor degree from Canada. I am not sure whether I should
go New Zealand or not.
It is so difficult decision to make (I just got a two year
postoc in Noway, 48000 euros per year + 4000 euros funding per year) ...

issue for me, I want to get a permanent position and stay there.
Since European isn't an immigration land, thus it is really
hard to settle here, while NZ may provide a way for it since
I have a teaching duty there and good salary too.

get a stable job.
Yes, in european, the tax and social security is
very high :(
Thus, I guess the money should be no difference between
Norway and New Zealand.

for me to get a permanent job there, while New Zealand is
easier (I hope so).
