need to dial?)
Time difference: If I want to call my friend at their local time evening(
Like 7:00pm-9:PM Austrial local time)? When I shall call at USA?

有N个时区的国家，而且两个国家都是有的州/省实行夏令时有的州/省不实行夏令时，
而且夏令时的季节正好是反着的，具体时间。。。根据你自己和朋友住的地方自己算吧
