， 对方保险赔了1万块， cost: 医疗费2000块， 律师的文件费：200.
当时说好了是三家每家1/3， 和律师签了合同， 和医生没有。 当时医生是不是说了他
要的1/3是不是赔偿费去掉了医疗费的1/3， 我不记得了。我想问问大家一般是怎么处
理医疗费和赔偿费的。

发帖数: 36252 | 3 but to answer your question. IF in the rare case that your doctor doesn't
directly work with your lawyer, that you either paid for the medical bill
already, or waiting to be paid by YOU. then you pay the doctor by the billed
amount, no extra. |

发帖数: 290 | 5 律师是医生私下介绍的，没有工作关系。 我没有paid bill， 律师在电话里听说医生
要1/3,也觉得有点多， 也是说就paid 5000就可以了。
我的理解是我和医生该分多少，是不是应该三家一起谈谈，而律师有最后决定权吗？

赔偿 is for medical cost and to cover YOUR pain and suffer. Doctor should
not get 赔偿, only should get what he billed you.
the usual case of 1/3 1/3 1/3, is the lawyer usually will ask for the
medical bill x 3. Seems like your lawyer got more than x3 so it's your own
money to keep.

谢谢马甲， 写的非常清楚了， 对，我是说2000.
我明天去交release的时候可以再咨询一下律师这种情况， 说实话我也怕医生以后再给
我寄个大bill来。
我听说从年初开始，很多小case保险公司也选择不赔，或者少赔。 我这个还算是很顺
利了。
