上面只写了一任车主，非rental,lease,fleet。我猜测应该是贷款买的。
但是我google到买车的人是开拖车公司的，他自己也告诉我： As I explained, I
purchased
this car through an abandoned car auction. I have a Georgia title, and it
is being sold as private, no sales tax! The owner/lienholder left the
vehicle at my towing yard. I have had it serviced and inspected, and
cleaned up.
请问一下这种前车主甩掉、拖车公司做做更新再卖的车，是不是没必要跑老远去看了？
