The title is legal with the car, yes, and it has only been in one accident
before; the front left panel (above the front left wheel) was dented when a
driver backed into it when the car was parked. Their insurance repaired it
completely and it looks and functions perfectly.
I purchased this car in Abilene, Texas in April 2009. It was my work vehicle
(commuting) until January 2010, when I moved to Israel. I am selling it
