me the title right now, because the title is hold by a bank since the own
the bank money when they buy the car, so he need to sell the car first, then
get the tilte from the bank with the money. He can only give me the
registraion, and he said the bottom of the registeration can show me the
bank have the title.
He said the bank will mail the title to him first, and then he will mail the
title to me.
I am not sure about this, I dont know whether this is safe. Please help me. |

面提供一些证明，然后你再搞有公证的bill of sale。

What I did last time is:
1. Pay a small deposit with check and make sure it can only be cashed after
picking up the car
2. Leave the car with the owner (Risky)
3. Pay cash and pick up the car with the title when the title is back from
the loan company.
It is actually really risky. You need to determine whether the seller is
trustworthy...
