第一条是没用的，已经不停地找她，就想直接让她得到惩罚算了～我的车pp裂了还掉了
好多漆又不停被她涮，好憋气，还浪费了我们好多精力～我现在红灯看后面的车

would be count as hit-and-run, as at least she gives you (invalid) insurance
info and address.
certainly you can call DMV about it for the record. I believe the blue form
goes to DMV.
Consult with your school lawyer service to see what else you could do except
small claim court. Even with small claim, try to settle rather than chase
behind her.

you can report to police that she provided false insurance info. and
driving without insurance. but police will NOT help you collect money.
you need to sue her in small claims court. but you'll have to collect
money from her yourself anywya

难道这个uninsured motorist没有deductible么？还有就是为了400刀，最后自己的保
险也跟着涨不划算哦~

claim it first from your own company, and give the other party's info to
your company.
(1) you can choose take money and repair using after-market part somewhere.
(2) the company will pursue behind her rather than you yourself.
(3) if the other party has insurance/ paid with your company, you will not
have deductible, otherwise you will pay for 500.
If you can ask for say $1300-$1500 from your company and fixed it at $600+$
500 deductible (can be refundable, your insurance company has more power
than yourself), why not save your energy and trouble in dealing with her
directly?
