拿F1的大部分都是non-resident alien,不qualify买车退税的
至少我09年买车的时候就被政府误导了 |

When I said No, I was thinking about additional deduction for sales tax paid
on automobile which expired end of 2009. And the credit on diesel cars did
not cross my mind at all.
Being called "放屁" for the first time in public. Life is more completed. :-)
