ticket 时间8:30只是说开门时间不是我的case开审就这个时间吧？不然等到8:30打电
话去（早打没人）知道都已经来不及开车过去....

Check local weather channel, which updates announcements promptly. You
can check wheather school/government open/close/delay. Also in my city it
has information about daycares.
