发帖数: 21 | 1 Does anyone has experience on dealing with the wrong Police Report?
I got an car accident and it was totally the other guy's fault. I also have
witnesses. But in the police report I just got yesterday, there is nothing
mentioned the accident is the other guy's fault. What it did is just stating
what I said and the other guy said about the whole accident. It didn't
mention anything about my witnesses. What's worse is that, it provided wrong
insurance info of the guy who hit me.
The man who hits me didn't get any ticket or penalty...
I went to the police department who is in charge of this accident. But it
obvious they don't want to bother about it. They asked me to wait for
calling from the police who took care of this case, for he will be working
after 11:00pm.. I waited last night, but no call. I am thinking to go to the
police department again tonight after 11:00pm to get my right!
Does anyone have any suggestions on that issue?
Thanks!! Now all I want is to get this thing fare.
(I am sorry I don't have Chinese- typein method in my lab... Sorry for that~

没有必要叫警察. 在大多数情况下, 轻微事故叫警察是浪费时间。在大城市，轻微事故
警察甚至可能
根本不會來.
千万不要以为叫警察是最终的解决办法。
不要过粉衣靠警察!
警察也有人为错误 不负责 低智商 等等行为
警察的報告也不是聖經。許多現實生活中的案件證明, 保險公司可以完全無視警方報告
, 而得出保險
公司自己的事故定案.

do you have his driver's licence and car info?

if the police can't help you, sue the other guy in small claims
court...assuming what you have is his current address
