如果不换，只把车辆保险转成德州的可以吗？
如果不换的话，我的收入税是按原来州的标准缴纳还是按德州标准？

But it is not that restrict that you must renew it in 30 days.
I renew them after around half years, no any problem.
of course, it may be in a risk if it is not in 30 days. |
