so next time you come to ca and find many grandpa style drivers, don't
complain, there is a reason :)

发帖数: 573 | 9 你这只不过是一般的违章，远没有超速啥的严重。一般来说，不需要有理才能上庭，上
庭的目的是，多花点钱，少扣点或免点数，（交钱越多，点数免得越多，明码实价，各
地政府的一大经济支柱）。你的理由无非就是，“天气不好呀，路不熟呀，等等”，检
查官根本不关心这个，而是关心你选哪个价位，然后到法官面前走一遍过场，最后交钱
