Not sure about your state, I've never heard of lacking of state safety
inspection would cause arrest. Certainly you will be ticketed if cop stops
you. I know quite a few people got tickets due to expired inspection. But
that's it.
Does DMV website for your state actually states 这样开车会被arrest的? I'm
really surprised to hear that.
