我的问题是，这个limit是不是指during school hours不管有没有children,都得按
25mph 限速开，还是说no children present就可以不受25mph的限制
另外问一下，school hours是不是指 Monday to Friday, 8:00am-10:00am,
2:00pm-4:00pm，不在这个时间段就不受25mph的限制
不要骂，我交规没学好

我碰到比较多的是speed limit 25mph when children are present
那个speed limit 20 when flashing也见过, 这个我明白
第一种情况是不是只要在school hours时就要限速25，即使没有灯闪烁

Section 22352 (2B) of the California Vehicle Code states a 25 mph speed
limit is in effect when a driver is approaching or passing school buildings,
or school grounds where a "school" sign is posted -- provided children are
present. "Children are present" generally means going to, or leaving, the
school (such as walking on sidewalks on both sides of the street where the
school is located) during school hours or during noon recess periods.
The 25 mph speed limit also applies when approaching any school grounds
posted with a "school" sign and being used by children when those grounds
are not separated from the highway (road, street, etc.) by a fence, gate or
other barrier. For such nonfenced school areas, the 25 mph speed limit
generally would apply if there were children outside the school buildings
who were using the grounds.
