午2点多Fail to stop at red light（左转箭头黄变红的瞬间左转），我靠那个时候我
正在上班呢，打电话一问果然是LD的杰作。罚单上面有三张照片，都是拍到车屁股的，
没有拍到司机。有一个10秒的video，上网看了也没拍到驾车人。这种情况有可能去
appeal to dismiss吗？
这张Ticket上面没有让你确认是否是驾驶者，只有三个选项：1.交钱；2.Provide
information as to the new owner of the vehicle；3.Request a hearing to
review the notice. Evidence includes the three pictures provided in this
viloation as well as 10 seconds of video.
另外背面还写了：This citation is based on photographic evidence. You have
been issued a citation with failure to obey a traffic control device. As the
registered owner of the vehicle, you are responsible for paying the fine.这
是说不管是不是你亲自驾驶，只要你是车主就需要为违规买单？谢谢指点。 | e****n

不行准备交钱，但是不想交了钱还涨保险啊。 | a*********g
