发帖数: 331 | 2 We own 28 2004 to 2005 prius (all used for local delivery for about 10 to 12
hours per day).
All of them have 300,000 to 450,000 miles now. All have main hybrid battery
from toyota factory with no problem. (getting the same mpg as new)
I did have to replace some Auxiliary Battery for a little less than $200
each.

I don't know about all hybrid, but according to toyota, the main prius
hybrid battery should last life time of the car, when I asked, how many
miles, they told me at least 180,000. In my case, they all lasted over 300,
000 and still working just fine. Just oil change every 10,000 miles and new
tires once a while. Most car is still on first set of brake pads (a few of
them just got pads replaced last year)

can get them). They are coming to US, just don't know when.
Plenty of hybrid SUV on the market now, they are more for performance, most
ofthem are not much better on gas.

发帖数: 331 | 6 I don't know about all of them, but for example the new 2012 touareg hybrid
only gets 0.1 mpg better in real life. (I would have picked TDI over hybrid
anyday)
You can consider a ford escape hybrid, which is much better compare to gas
only model.
All good suv will use a lot of gas (their weight and shape makes them
impossible to get good mpg)
You can also consider mazda cx-5 (not hybrid, but good on gas)

自己搜索下，pruise一般是10万-15万电池就挂了，换新电池一般3000 for parts，
1000 for labor，而且要换一些配套的东西，花费至少是5000，而且不是在dealer换 |

pentium 4 cpu still cost $500 today.
