多开个１０年吧，到时候又要再买。。。谁叫车子是消耗品呢，开一天价值就少一点，
一直到零。
后来想了一想觉得很不划算，是不是可以WS一下用个可靠的办法买划算的车。想来想去
，只想出一个办法。
最近房价大跌，在纽约的烂区买一个１ BED CONDO只要１０万大洋，每月的租金大约１
０００，地税加维持费大约４５０这样子。与其用将近５万大洋买MDX，不如狠一狠心
，投个１０万成立一个公司，用公司名义买一个CONDO，每月的房租收入去LEASE个MDX
，这样房租也不要交税。虽然一次投入很多，但是这样，永远都不需要再为买车存钱。
房租的收入可以一直租车下去，还可以传给子孙让他们也永远有车开。
当然你也可以用１０去投资，但是投资收入不稳定，无法每个月都有钱出来。
大家觉得这样FINANCE车可行吗？ |

If you use the car mostly for personal use, you might get in trouble if you
get audited.

发帖数: 2719 | 3 innocent until PROVEN guilty. How can the IRS prove that the car was not
used 100% for the company? I could be driving the car around for scouting
other properties to buy, shopping at Homedepot to improve the property,
driving to the condo to collect rents.. unless IRS follows me around for a
few weeks, they would not be able to prove anything otherwise. and i doubt
they would invest that much to collect a few thousand dollar taxes... maybe
i am missing something here...

They play a mind game with us. For 95%+ don't get audit, everything is fine.
But once you get audit, IRS will beat you to death.
Every recipt, every transaction, miles and everything.
Past 3 to 5 years too.
That's how IRS scares the rest 95% no to cheat.
Get a good tax lawyer if you want to play this game.

a friend of mine just bought one. 5 mins walk to the subway, a large
building with 300 units with doorman and security. 99% of the reseidents
there are black or latino middle class... 90% owner occupied..
i would not like to live there myself.. but for a rental, it is not bad..
